Leaking Balconies & Waterproofing
Similar to leaking showers, repair method options for balconies are to expose the failed membrane and install a new one, or, should it qualify, a repair without removing tiles may be carried out. The repair without removing tiles includes removing all existing grout to appropriate depth and re-grout with high strength epoxy grout. Should it be a stone tile or a tile with a porous finish then we apply a unique sealer as an extra precaution.

Maybe your balcony is not leaking but is looking tired and is in need of rejuvenation. We can provide several methods, which will have your balcony looking as good as new.
